Bangkok, November 26th, 2024 – The Global Engagement Office (KUI) of Universitas Siber Muhammadiyah (SiberMu) continues to expand its global collaboration network by initiating a partnership discussion with Thammasat Business School, Thailand. This initiative reflects Sibermu’s commitment to strengthening global connectivity to enhance the quality of higher education and competitiveness on the international stage.
The meeting was led by the School of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) Collaboration with Universitas Siber Muhammadiyah (SiberMu), under the leadership of Asst. Prof. Diah Setyawati Dewanti, SE., M.Sc., Ph.D., as the Chair of the Team. Highlighting the importance of this collaboration, Asst. Prof. Diah remarked:
“Muhammadiyah higher education institutions are strongly committed to expanding global connectivity. This partnership aims not only to elevate education quality at the national level but also to create meaningful contributions on an international scale.”
This meeting serves as a preliminary step to building a strategic partnership, encompassing opportunities for collaborative research, faculty and student exchange programs, and capacity-building initiatives in the fields of business and economics.
Afriansyah Tanjung, Coordinator of the SiberMu Global Engagement Office (Kantor Urusan Internasional), expressed his appreciation for this initiative:
